Service Description
🩷 Hair & Closure: Hair and closure are not included with this service. 🩷 Closure Requirements: Please purchase a 5x5 full lace closure. 🩷 Closure Drop-Off: Your closure must be dropped off at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to allow time for customization. 🩷 Installation: Your closure will be professionally installed using adhesive. 🩷 Includes: Protective cap application, quick weave installation, cut, and basic styling. 🩷 Add-Ons: Crimps, wand curls, and specialty styling are available for an additional fee. Please book these services in advance. 🩷 Shampoo: A shampoo is not included with this service. Please arrive with your hair ready for service. 🩷 Recommended Hair: 2–3 bundles or packs are recommended, depending on your desired length and fullness.

To provide every guest with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking. 🩷 Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🩷 Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or a reschedule. 🩷 Guests: No additional guests are permitted unless they have a scheduled appointment. 🩷 Hair Preparation: Please review your selected service description prior to your appointment. If a shampoo is not included, please arrive with your hair ready for service. 🩷 Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 🩷 No-Shows: Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a fee and may require payment before booking future appointments. 🩷 Service Changes: Please ensure you book the correct service. Additional services cannot be guaranteed at the time of your appointment. 🩷 Payment: The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. 🩷 Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us.
