If a shampoo is not included, please arrive with your hair ready for service. 🩷 Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 🩷 No-Shows: Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a fee and may require payment before booking future appointments. 🩷 Service Changes: Please ensure you book the correct service. Additional services cannot be guaranteed at the time of your appointment. 🩷 Payment: The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. 🩷 Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us.
